As is well known, screw fasteners play a role in connecting and fastening. Generally, when the product is in a static state without vibration, screws can maintain a tight connection between the fastener and the workpiece for a long time.
However, some products are often in a state of working vibration, and after a period of time, it is not difficult to find that the screws may become loose, and sometimes even fall off. So how can we solve this problem?
We are currently working on two types of screws to prevent loosening and detachment:
1. It is to apply nylon glue on the thread, which is a glue coated screw, also known as a non loosening screw. By utilizing the rebound elasticity of engineering resin materials, screws and nuts can be compressed to resist vibration and impact during the locking process, thereby solving the problem of screw loosening.
2. It is a half tooth screw that cannot be loosened, that is, half is a smooth rod and half is a thread. The screw structure itself does not have the function of preventing detachment. It mainly relies on the connection method between the connected parts and the corresponding structure to clamp the small diameter screw of the screw into the installation hole of the connected part to achieve the function of preventing detachment.
